Get a good pair of walking shoes.
With the warm weather here, it’s time to get outdoors and get moving. Walking is great exercise and you can do it just about anywhere. The only equipment you will need is a good pair of shoes. Make a trip to a reputable running store and have the staff properly fit you with a shoe that best fits your foot and style of walking. A good shoe can mean less pain and more gain. And remember, the support in your shoe will break down before they look worn out on the outside. Just put one foot in front of the other and get moving!
