Limit your intake of processed foods.

You may think you’re eating healthy but if you are eating a lot of highly processed foods, guess again. Did you know that about 75% of daily sodium intake comes from salt added by food manufacturers? Michael Pollan’s “In Defense of Food” is book worth reading if you care about what you eat. Just remember this advice from his book and you will improve your health. Fresh is best!
