Ditch the elastic waistband pants that stretch as you continue to eat. Something that fits in the waist, or a belt, will give you a subtle reminder it’s time to stop before you eat to the point of discomfort. No pants with a fitted waistband or a belt? Tie a length of rope around your waist.
