Focus on the company or activity rather than the food.

Did you know that the more people you eat with, the more you eat? If you eat with three other people you eat about 75 per cent more than you would if you ate alone. And eating with a group of seven or more really packs in the calories, almost double the calories of eating alone. Decide you much and what you will eat before the meal rather than during the meal. And cherish the time spent with family and friends. It’s time to visit and catch up and that is more important than the food on the table.
